Can we keep using the software if we do not renew maintenance?
Yes. You continue to use the paid version within the license scope. Support and updates under the plan are suspended; cloud, AI and external connections must be maintained separately.
How are infrastructure and operations charged?
Customers can provide their own infrastructure or rent dedicated infrastructure. Configuration and cost are finalized after a load survey and are not included in the 10% software maintenance.
Can we implement in phases?
Yes. Modules can be selected by priority, while the data and dependent modules are identified during the survey. The roadmap is agreed within the implementation scope.
